Kara Kehoe - Physician Assistant (MPAS, PA-C)
Prior to joining our team at Fort Worth Vein Center, Kara practiced hospital medicine for several years in Central Texas. She returned to north Texas in 2017 and worked as a therapeutic provider in men’s hormone replacement. In June of 2022, Kara started her work here at FWVC where she performs sclerotherapy and esthetic botulinum toxin administration.
In her free time, Kara enjoys hiking, fly fishing, upland hunting, and traveling with her husband, Mark, and their two French Brittany’s, Josie and Annie.
Laine Fournet- Registered Nurse
Laine has been a registered nurse for 18 years, working in several areas such as labor delivery, pediatrics, and plastic surgery. For the past 6 years, Laine has been performing visually guided sclerotherapy.
In her spare time, Laine enjoys spending quality time with her husband, kids and her Labrador dog. She also enjoys traveling to see her family in Florida, and exploring new restaurants.
Christen Whitson- Ultrasound Technologist (RVT, RDCS, RDMS)
Christen graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2020 and specializes in vascular, cardiac, OB/GYN, and general applications.
Christen is a native Texan and enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends and family, rooting for the Dallas Cowboys and Sooner football teams, and playing with her golden retriever, Riley.
She is passionate about helping patients receive the care they need so they can gain an improved and healthy lifestyle.
Yasmin Jordan- Ultrasound Technologist (RVT, RDMS)
Yasmin has been an ultrasound technologist for 18 years, specializing in various types of ultrasounds including vascular and general.
Since February of 2015, Yasmin has exclusively focused on venous ultrasound, and thoroughly enjoys understanding more about it every day.
In her time off, she loves spending time with her golden retriever (Mattie) and singing “mostly Aria”.
Juanita Gonzalez- Medical Assisant (NRCMA)/Patient Coordinator
Nina is a certified bilingual Spanish medial assistant with 10 years of experience. She’s passionate about serving patients and creating a comfortable experience for them.
In her free time, she loves watching the Dallas Cowboys and riding her bike at Trinity Park with her family.
Amy Onick - Director of Marketing
Amy has been in sales and marketing in the medical field since 2000, including 6 years with Dr. Oswalt in the vein industry. She recently joined the FWVC team to expand our reach to surrounding medical providers and help promote our relationship with the community.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking for friends and family, listening to music around Fort Worth and spending time with her Golden Retrievers, Barclay and Bailey.
Cindy Rivers- Practice Manager
Cindy has been in the medical field since 1990, and for the past 9 years she has dedicated her career in the vein industry.
In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as camping and boating with her husband and son. She also loves to watch football, especially the University of Michigan.
Cindy ensures that patients come first and they deserve the best care we can give.
Melody Roan- Front Office Lead
Melody has been working in the medical field for the last 6 years and has worked with Dr. Oswalt the entire time.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her grand daughter "Livy".
Melody loves getting to know the patients and providing them with the best care possible as soon as they enter the office.
